You'll open up a new market for ElevenLabs, deploying voice AI technology at strategic customers. You'll build and lead a team, win first customers, and ensure product impact. This role lets you operate like a co-founder with support from the broader org.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their voice AI needs and pain points.
• Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers in the region.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.

📋 Requirements

• Executive stakeholder engagement: Proven experience with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• People leadership: Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
• Basic Python proficiency and understanding of API integration.
• Strategic and commercial awareness: Align technical strategy with business objectives.
