🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and Product roles
• Partner with hiring managers to drive searches quickly
• Build high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing
• Deliver against key recruiting metrics and create candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in a startup/scale-up
• Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and metrics
• Experience with Greenhouse or Ashby or similar ATS
• Based in New York with ability to work from office 2-3 days/week

• Data literacy to use insights for funnel improvement
• Hands-on sourcing in competitive markets
