You'll join the IT team at Brooks, a company dedicated to movement and running gear. You'll ensure the health of ERP systems and integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support cross-functional stakeholders. This role stands out for its focus on Infor M3 ERP and 3PL distribution models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor ERP health and execute corrective actions
• Triage and resolve incidents within SLA
• Analyze data to validate process outcomes
• Create and maintain system documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years supporting ERP systems
• Experience with Infor M3 ERP
• 5+ years in business process analysis
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction

• Experience with 3PL distribution model
• Automation and workflow creation experience
• Fashion/retail industry background
