💼 About This Role

You'll lead network performance analysis and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve provider outcomes at a value-based healthcare organization serving seniors. This role offers a chance to build integrated network strategy within a mission-driven PACE model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce high-frequency reports and deep-dive analyses on network performance trends
• Translate complex data into executive-level summaries for network optimization
• Structure and maintain monthly market-level network reports
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of key initiatives to drive network performance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 4+ years experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics
• Proficiency in Excel and data tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or SQL
• Ability to design reporting and conduct ad hoc analysis

• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience with iterative project management frameworks
