You'll define Satispay's brand identity and ensure mission resonance across every touchpoint, leading brand strategy and creative direction. You'll bridge storytelling and business impact in a high-growth FinTech scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve brand identity for international B2C and B2B scaling
• Oversee visual and verbal language, guiding rebranding and high-impact productions
• Build and mentor a team of designers and copywriters with clear creative rituals
• Partner with Growth and Product to align brand initiatives with OKRs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand management or creative direction
• Deep understanding of design systems and multi-channel campaign production
• Proven ability as a data-informed leader using KPIs and OKRs
• Fluent in English with ability to simplify complex brand visions
