💼 About This Role

You'll define and lead Stepful's B2B marketing strategy, owning positioning, demand generation, and product launches for a mission-driven healthcare training company. You'll drive revenue by translating products and insights into compelling programs that scale from pilot partners to a category-defining talent pipeline. This role reports to the SVP of Growth in a fast-paced, build-phase environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own B2B marketing strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
  • Define positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation
  • Lead launches for new products, programs, and features
  • Drive demand generation via account-based and content marketing

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in product marketing and demand generation
  • Experience marketing to large healthcare employers
  • Proven track record of setting strategy and owning execution
