You'll manage end-to-end people operations for NETGEAR's India offices, delivering a seamless employee experience. This role handles onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. You'll collaborate across functions and geographies in a high-ownership environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate pre-boarding documentation and background verification data.
• Set up new employees in HRIS and facilitate onboarding sessions.
• Collect and validate monthly payroll inputs.
• Manage employee insurance administration and statutory registers.
• Oversee POSH compliance and Internal Committee activities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in HR operations with payroll and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software.
• Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a multinational or technology company.
• Prior exposure to managing India-specific benefits renewals.
• Experience supporting POSH Internal Committee processes.
