Description

You will lead Starlink User Terminal and Gateway Assembly Production in Bastrop, TX, scaling high-volume manufacturing to fuel global connectivity. Oversee Assembly, Test, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, and Maintenance across automated and electromechanical production lines, managing a team of 250+ staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in STEM or 7+ years production/manufacturing experience
• 4+ years production/manufacturing/operations experience
• 4+ years people leadership experience
• Experience managing large teams in engineering and operations
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and test techniques

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic execution of user terminal and gateway production
• Lead 250+ staff across engineering and operations
• Mentor teams to operationalize and improve production
• Partner with engineering to embed manufacturability into designs
• Champion continuous improvement using quality and cost metrics
