You will drive data science projects end-to-end, owning analytical and modeling work while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve healthcare insights and outcomes. This mid-level role offers independence, technical ownership, and opportunities to mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in data science or applied analytics
• 2+ years using SQL and Python/R to query, analyze, and manipulate data
• 2+ years building data models and using advanced analytics or statistical modeling
• Knowledge of or experience in health care or insurance preferred
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members preferred

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and maintain data pipelines, statistical models, and analytical solutions
• Own projects end-to-end: problem definition, implementation, validation, iteration
• Deliver high-quality analytical and modeling outputs with limited oversight
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across business units
• Provide informal mentorship to junior data scientists
