🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate MRT operations during emergency calls or field deployments.
• Supervise and support MRT personnel for effective teamwork.
• Assess incidents and determine appropriate response strategies.
• Ensure team compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of relevant field response experience (crisis, emergency, healthcare).
• 1 year of nursing supervision experience within last five years.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to field locations.
• LVN/LPT/RN/LCSW/LMFT license.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with mental health crisis interventions.
• Familiarity with Santa Barbara County resources.
