You'll be the operational heartbeat of our Berlin workplace, ensuring a great day-to-day experience for the team. You'll own the office environment while supporting the full employee lifecycle across European locations. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of People and Workplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Berlin office day-to-day: facilities, supplies, health and safety
• Be welcoming face for new joiners on first day
• Coordinate on-site interviews and candidate hosting
• Support onboarding administration for new hires across Germany, Ireland, France

📋 Requirements

• Experience in office coordination or People Ops in tech
• Knowledge of German employment legislation
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience using an HRIS
