💼 About This Role
You'll run engineering and GTM requisitions from day one, developing targeted sourcing strategies and partnering with hiring managers. Within three months, you'll own your own reqs and learn to close candidates independently. This role blends strategic consulting with hands-on coordination at an AI-native startup.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, and events
- Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial screens to assess fit
- Coordinate and schedule candidates while maintaining ATS data cleanliness
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on priorities
📋 Requirements
- 1-4 years of recruiting experience
- Strong written and verbal storytelling skills
- Good judgment on candidate quality and pipeline relevance
- Organized and self-sufficient, able to handle own scheduling
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing or closing candidates for technical and GTM roles
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
- Genuine interest in hardware development, robotics, or physical AI
