You'll support the day-to-day operation of Mitratech's SaaS products, resolving client inquiries via tickets, chats, and phone calls. You'll be the first point of contact, prioritizing and resolving issues to meet service level agreements. This role offers the chance to work with a global leader in legal and compliance technology.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as first point of contact via phone, chat, email, and web portal
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve support issues within response goals
  • Identify workarounds and communicate solutions to customers
  • Maintain detailed call and email records for all customer interactions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Customer-centric attitude with ability to make sound decisions
  • Attention to detail with multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
