💼 About This Role

You'll join BAYADA Home Health Care to provide rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes across Fairfax County. You'll be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team ensuring clients can remain at home while receiving skilled nursing. This per diem role offers flexibility and a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in VA
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA or equivalent
• Solid computer skills

• Prior home care experience as an SLP
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
