Description

You will own and scale a critical market for CookUnity, building a best-in-class operation that sets the company standard. You'll design and optimize a multi-facility system, driving performance across production, fulfillment, and logistics while leading a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale operations in food manufacturing, fulfillment, or logistics
• Proven P&L ownership and multi-site performance management
• Track record of building high-performing teams in fast-paced growth environments
• Deep understanding of operational KPIs and ability to use data/technology for decisions
• Highly analytical and execution-oriented with strong leadership presence

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of LA market performance including P&L, operational KPIs, and customer experience
• Lead and develop a large multi-functional operations organization
• Design and implement scalable systems and processes across multiple facilities
• Drive data-informed performance management across throughput, quality, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute strategic initiatives
