💼 About This Role

You'll own Omaze's security posture end-to-end across AWS, SaaS, and employee devices during a pivotal growth phase. You'll build a security function from scratch, define strategy, and lead ISO 27001 certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end security posture across AWS, SaaS, and devices
• Build and deliver company-wide security strategy aligned to growth
• Lead ISO 27001 certification journey, including gap analysis
• Establish and embed a robust Information Security Management System

📋 Requirements

• Senior security leadership role (Head of, Director, or similar)
• Experience building security programmes from scratch
• Led or deeply involved in ISO 27001 certification
• Experience with GDPR and data protection in consumer-focused business

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience preparing for major milestones like IPO or regulatory scrutiny
• Familiarity with AWS, Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, Stripe
• Background in high-growth or scaling tech environment
