Description

You will design and build novel computing interfaces for brain-computer interfaces, collaborating with domain experts in neuroscience and machine learning to create fluid, precise interactions within a highly constrained space. Your work directly enables people with paralysis to use devices through thought alone.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, HCI, or related field or equivalent experience
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design and shipping of features
• Proficiency in Apple frameworks (SwiftUI, UIKit/AppKit, Metal) or equivalent stack (React, Three.js, WebGPU)
• Familiarity with Objective-C, C, and/or C++

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, build, and ship novel computing interfaces for BCI
• Work with study participants to iterate on and refine interfaces
• Collaborate with experts in neuroscience, machine learning, and implant engineering to maximize precision and fluidity
