💼 About This Role

You'll own a growing SMB portfolio, driving onboarding, adoption, and retention with commercial accountability. You'll design scalable engagement models and automation to deliver consistent outcomes across EMEA.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own SMB portfolio end-to-end, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Design scalable engagement processes and automation for high-volume segment
  • Build health scoring, engagement metrics, and operational dashboards
  • Lead renewal and expansion conversations with commercial sharpness

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years scaling customer-facing or post-sale functions in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with legal or professional services enterprise workflows
  • Proven ability to design data-driven engagement models using usage data
  • Track record of leading retention and expansion conversations
