You'll own a growing SMB portfolio, driving onboarding, adoption, and retention with commercial accountability. You'll design scalable engagement models and automation to deliver consistent outcomes across EMEA.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own SMB portfolio end-to-end, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Design scalable engagement processes and automation for high-volume segment
- Build health scoring, engagement metrics, and operational dashboards
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations with commercial sharpness
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years scaling customer-facing or post-sale functions in B2B SaaS
- Experience with legal or professional services enterprise workflows
- Proven ability to design data-driven engagement models using usage data
- Track record of leading retention and expansion conversations

- Exposure to legal tech or adjacent domains
- Experience building self-serve resources and enablement materials
- Background in systems thinking and process automation
