You'll lead global payroll accounting and equity administration for a growing AI enterprise, overseeing partnerships with external payroll providers to ensure compliance. Your work will directly impact finance operations in a high-growth, international setting. This role offers opportunities to streamline practices and engage with internal teams for reconciliations and monthly close activities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage outsourced payroll providers across multiple geographies
• Ensure timely recording of payroll-related journal entries
• Own reconciliation of payroll-related accounts
• Manage global equity administration in Carta

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate accounting and payroll
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Experience in an international multi-entity environment

✨ Nice to Have

• 2 years of Big 4 public accounting experience
• Software and SaaS industry experience
• Familiarity with NetSuite, SAP S/4Hana, Bill.com, ADP Workforce Now, Deel
