You'll lead the design, build, and operation of HIL, SIL, and AIR simulation environments for flight controls and autonomy validation. You'll own the physical integration layer, ensuring scalable deployment across multiple aircraft platforms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design, build, and lifecycle of HIL, AIR, and SIL environments
• Enforce configuration control for hardware, networking, and physical integration
• Manage and grow a team of integration engineers
• Collaborate with flight test and simulation platform teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in systems integration or HIL/SIL environments
• Experience leading integration across evolving system configurations
• Strong understanding of real-time I/O and embedded interfaces
• Experience managing technical teams in multidisciplinary engineering

• Experience with aerospace or autonomy systems
• Familiarity with virtualized compute infrastructure in lab environments
• Knowledge of configuration management and versioning strategies
