You'll manage Meta Ads campaigns for 50+ aesthetic practice accounts, driving lead generation. You'll design testing and optimization programs to continuously improve ad performance and present data-driven insights to clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests across 50+ accounts.
• Develop standardized naming conventions and performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative team to test and optimize ad creatives.
• Partner with client success to enhance satisfaction and expand budgets.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably agency setting.
• 1+ years using Meta Ads for lead generation and performance improvement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing role.
