- Lead and develop Project Management, Estimating, and Installation organizations.
- Oversee delivery of complex automation and material handling projects.
- Establish and optimize project governance frameworks and KPI reporting.
- Drive project profitability through estimating accuracy and change order management.
π Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, or Business.
- Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in industrial, engineering, or automation environments.
- Strong background in project management for large-scale automation, robotics, or integrated systems.
- Deep technical understanding of engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.

- MBA or advanced technical degree.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies.
