💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercial and transactional legal matters for a fast-growing Series C tech-enabled service company in the renewable energy space, reporting to the CFO and advising the executive team. Your work will directly support scaling operations and strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal and strategic guidance to assess and mitigate legal risk.
• Support compliance, data privacy, and intellectual property strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on business development initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree with solid academic credentials and state bar membership.
• 10+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
• Proven experience in handling complex commercial transactions in fast-growing industries.
