You'll lead two critical product teams—Ticketing and Platform—at Obvio AI, a mission-driven startup deploying AI-assisted traffic enforcement cameras. You'll own the systems central to our mission, from law enforcement portals to payments infrastructure, and mature them from fast-built to production-grade. This role is equal parts operator and architect, with a chance to transform safety infrastructure at a pivotal growth moment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a distributed engineering team across time zones
• Own recruiting and talent development for your teams
• Participate in code reviews and shape architectural decisions
• Harden systems for incident response and production readiness

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading engineering teams in fast-moving environments
• 12+ years hands-on experience building web-based applications
• Experience with Python, React, and AWS
• Track record of modernizing or rebuilding legacy systems
