You'll coordinate events, office operations, and employee lifecycle processes for a leading trading platform expanding globally. Your core impact is ensuring a seamless workplace experience for employees and guests. This role is key to shaping our office culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Administer quarterly Town Halls and monthly social events.
  • Own day-to-day workplace experience for employees and guests.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee office supplies, budget tracking, and vendor management.

📋 Requirements

  • 2–5 years in Workplace Experience, Office Management, or similar.
  • Experience planning internal events like town halls and offsites.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Business level English proficiency (B2 or above).

✨ Nice to Have

  • First Aid certification.
  • Experience with budget tracking and procurement.
  • Knowledge of health & safety practices.
