🎯 What You'll Do
- Administer quarterly Town Halls and monthly social events.
- Own day-to-day workplace experience for employees and guests.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee office supplies, budget tracking, and vendor management.
📋 Requirements
- 2–5 years in Workplace Experience, Office Management, or similar.
- Experience planning internal events like town halls and offsites.
- Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Business level English proficiency (B2 or above).
✨ Nice to Have
- First Aid certification.
- Experience with budget tracking and procurement.
- Knowledge of health & safety practices.
