🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct and mentor a multi-regional Financial Operations team.
• Oversee end-to-end transaction lifecycle, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation tools.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into workflows and execute process re-engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Financial Operations, Payments, or Fintech.
• 2+ years in senior leadership managing global or remote teams.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI/ML or Advanced Automation.
• Deep expertise in transaction lifecycle including funds flow and reconciliation.
