Description
You will lead the multi-year pricing and packaging strategy at Justworks, defining frameworks and operating models to monetize solutions across customer profiles and sales motions. This role works at the intersection of Product, Finance, Revenue, and Marketing to ensure pricing reflects customer value and drives scalable growth.

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve company-wide pricing and packaging strategy across products, add-ons, bundles, and platform tiers
- Own monetization outcomes tied to revenue goals including incremental ARR and expansion revenue
- Lead pricing strategy for new product launches and platform innovations
- Drive pricing research initiatives like conjoint studies and competitive benchmarking
- Partner with Revenue and Finance to define discounting strategy and governance frameworks
