💼 About This Role

You'll join VEG's six-month NERD program to transition from practicing veterinarian to confident ER doctor. You'll gain hands-on ER experience with mentorship and over 160 RACE-approved CE hours. This structured program fuels a passion for emergency medicine with individualized support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with experienced VEG doctors on real ER cases.
• Perform 3-4 hospital shifts per week (days, swings, nights).
• Participate in weekly case discussions and literature reviews.
• Attend hands-on training at state-of-the-art facilities.

📋 Requirements

• Valid DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree.
• Be a practicing veterinarian for 1+ years.
• Valid license and DEA registration in the state by start date.
• Commit to a predetermined schedule for consecutive six months.
