💼 About This Role

You'll drive luxury supply growth for Airbnb Luxe in Sydney, combining deep real estate knowledge with a relationship-first approach. You'll acquire new listings and cultivate host relationships that define the Luxe standard. This role offers the chance to shape a premium travel brand in one of the world's most desirable markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and acquire net-new luxury home listings
• Conduct business reviews and optimization calls with hosts
• Manage new market launches end-to-end
• Serve as primary liaison between hosts and internal teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in sales or account management in luxury travel or real estate
• Demonstrated track record of hitting acquisition targets
• Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
• Strong negotiation skills to close high-value partnerships
