You'll provide 1:1 behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. Your work will help families achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based practices. This role includes paid training and BCAT exam support.
π― What You'll Do
- Complete Cortica's orientation and BCAT training.
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
- Document session data to track treatment goals.
π Requirements
- Experience working with children.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
