🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as Designated Person for USP 797 and 800 compliance
• Train and supervise sterile compounding personnel
• Oversee cleanroom workflow and environmental monitoring
• Coordinate with R&D for new compounded preparation scale-up

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of pharmacist experience
• 1+ years sterile compounding experience
• Active Pharmacist License in OH or AZ
• Proficiency in USP 797 and 800

• Managerial experience over pharmacy staff
• Experience with regulatory inspections
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
