You'll lead container management for a revolutionary EV brand, ensuring an optimal supply chain of empties across the Scout Motors plant and supplier network. Your work directly supports the launch of Scout's electric pickups and rugged SUVs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead container management planning concepts and projects.
• Schedule empties (pallets, containers, frames) and track delivery backlogs.
• Identify supply chain risks and coordinate countermeasures.
• Steer empty containers between Scout plant and supplier plants.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of automotive production and logistics experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
• Experience in automotive logistics container management preferred
• Strong technical skills in networking, hardware, and software systems

• Experience in JIT/JIS processes
• Cross-functional team leadership
