You'll act as the first point of contact for IT issues, supporting employees with hardware, software, and SaaS tools. You'll help keep business-critical systems running while learning structured troubleshooting. This role offers hands-on experience in IT operations and asset management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1st level IT support via JIRA helpdesk
• Troubleshoot hardware/software on Windows, macOS, Android
• Support SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Slack
• Assist with IT asset management and device setup

📋 Requirements

• Education in IT (HTL, FH, university or equivalent)
• First experience in IT Service Desk or Desktop Support
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Working proficiency in English

• ITIL knowledge
