Description

You will lead contracts management for data centre developments in Johor Bahru, negotiating complex contracts and ensuring governance across the project lifecycle. You'll mentor junior team members and drive project close-outs and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Experience in contracts management within data centre or construction industry
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills for complex contracts
• Ability to resolve contract interpretation issues and disputes
• Cost management and forecasting experience
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft key commercial outcomes in new contracts, variations, and correspondence
• Manage contract lifecycle from kick-off to completion, including performance monitoring and dispute resolution
• Assess and manage contract claims including variations, time-related claims, and invoices
• Lead cost management, forecasting, and cashflow projection for in-flight projects
• Implement reporting tools and lead project close-outs and lesson learned analysis
