💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets, ensuring accurate and compliant execution. You'll collaborate with People Ops, Finance, and external vendors to maintain strong payroll controls. This high-precision role offers the chance to improve payroll workflows as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets.
• Manage statutory submissions and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax).
• Perform payroll checks, reconciliations, and validations prior to payout.
• Coordinate payroll vendors, regional partners, and EOR providers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payroll operations, preferably multi-country or regional.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheets.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving ability.
