💼 About This Role

You'll join an experienced hospice care team providing assessment, education, and symptom management for end-of-life patients in VT. You'll develop and implement spiritual care plans, offering emotional support to patients and families. This role offers full-time hours with a supportive team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and adhere to client's spiritual care plan
• Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Participate in bereavement services for families and community

📋 Requirements

• Master of Divinity degree (preferred)
• At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) (preferred)
• One year of spiritual counseling in healthcare, preferably hospice or palliative care
• Willingness to travel in Chittenden, Franklin, and Washington Counties
