Description

You will support the corporate financial planning and analysis function, driving key strategic financial initiatives and providing insights to support decision-making and company growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance reporting and analytics, build financial models, and assist in board meeting preparation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or related field
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Clear communicator who translates complex data into insights
• Experience with ERP/BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Passion for data-driven insights and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted finance partner to senior leadership and department leads, owning budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Collaborate with Accounting to maintain financial integrity and enhance reporting analytics
• Invest in scalable processes and tools for real-time visibility into performance
• Build financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and operational initiatives
• Assist in preparation of Board of Directors meeting materials
