Description
You will lead care navigation activities, providing after-hours support to members and leaders, coordinating training and mentoring, and handling escalated calls and crisis situations. Your role ensures high-quality mental health care access for members.
Requirements
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent independent clinical mental health licensure
- 3+ years of mental health/substance use disorder experience
- Crisis line experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Collaborative and solution-focused
Responsibilities
- Maintain care navigation calls and activities
- Serve as a resource for clinical, care support, and provider ops teams
- Provide after-hours support to members and leaders
- Coordinate training and mentoring of new hires
- Monitor multiple system views and assign outreaches
