💼 About This Role

You'll lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team of 3-10 people on product development projects from prototyping to mass production. You'll own project delivery (quality, cost, timeline) at a product development community serving clients in robotics, medical, mobility, consumer electronics and IoT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in pre-sales phases with sales and program managers
• Estimate project costs, quality, and timelines
• Manage engineering team through prototyping to production series
• Coordinate suppliers and manage production transfer

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree (bac+5) in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Software, or Robotics
• Significant experience in project management and product industrialization
• Cross-domain knowledge of Mechanical, Electronic, and Software constraints

• Experience with eco-design and industrial relocation
• Knowledge of lifecycle analysis for RSE impact
