Description

You will design functional, visually appealing interfaces for Kaseya's IT Operations modules, collaborating with product management and engineering to translate user stories into simple, easy-to-use designs. Your work will directly enhance the user experience of IT management solutions used by over 15 million endpoints worldwide.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in UX/UI design for consumer-facing applications and web experiences
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Excellent communication, collaboration, creativity, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead design initiatives for software modules and UX initiatives
• Work with Product Management to define and prioritize user stories and functional requirements
• Translate user stories into functional requirements and simple design concepts
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to define, analyze, and prototype solutions
• Create storyboards and prototypes to communicate product features and workflows
