🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects
• Evaluate departmental performance by creating and analyzing data metrics
• Interpret and apply new regulations across UM operations
• Coordinate regulatory request management, including MHPAEA compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare Utilization Management or health insurance
• 2+ years supporting regulatory compliance activities
• 2+ years of end to end project management or process improvement experience

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years using data software like Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, and cross-functional teams
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints
