Description

You will lead national marketing efforts for Vaco by Highspring, driving scalable and locally relevant campaigns, events, and activities. You'll partner with stakeholders, regional leaders, and field marketers to ensure strategies are effectively executed, while gathering field insights to inform enterprise marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in marketing, field marketing, marketing partnerships, or sales enablement
• Experience partnering with regional or field teams in a decentralized organization
• Experience leading small to mid-size teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (events, content, email, social, digital)
• Proficiency in marketing tools: CRM, CMS, Canva, email platforms, analytics dashboards

Responsibilities

• Act as primary marketing contact for Vaco, communicating updates across leadership and field
• Develop and evolve Vaco's marketing strategy aligning local goals with enterprise consistency
• Establish feedback loops to share sales insights from field with marketing team
• Manage and develop a team of regional field marketers
• Create scalable processes and toolkits for local activation of marketing efforts
