You'll architect the engineering capability at a Kubernetes virtualization startup, serving as the primary ambassador to the technical community. You'll partner with Engineering and Product leadership to execute a modern, data-driven hiring strategy that prioritizes speed and precision. As the first EMEA-based recruiter, you'll shape the future of Kubernetes virtualization hiring globally.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and technical roles globally
  • Proactively source passive talent from open-source and developer communities
  • Champion structured interviews and maintain data integrity in ATS (Ashby)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and ideal profiles

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles in high-growth startups
  • Technical fluency to discuss Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform with candidates
  • Data-centric approach to track pipeline health and inform decisions
  • High EQ and active listening skills for candidate and stakeholder communication

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ashby ATS
  • Experience recruiting for open-source technology or developer tools
  • Background in hiring for distributed/remote-first teams
