You'll architect the engineering capability at a Kubernetes virtualization startup, serving as the primary ambassador to the technical community. You'll partner with Engineering and Product leadership to execute a modern, data-driven hiring strategy that prioritizes speed and precision. As the first EMEA-based recruiter, you'll shape the future of Kubernetes virtualization hiring globally.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and technical roles globally
- Proactively source passive talent from open-source and developer communities
- Champion structured interviews and maintain data integrity in ATS (Ashby)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and ideal profiles
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles in high-growth startups
- Technical fluency to discuss Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform with candidates
- Data-centric approach to track pipeline health and inform decisions
- High EQ and active listening skills for candidate and stakeholder communication
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Ashby ATS
- Experience recruiting for open-source technology or developer tools
- Background in hiring for distributed/remote-first teams
