You'll lead the Kaia experience and drive agentic AI initiatives with data science and engineering partners. Your core impact is unlocking opportunities that transform how revenue teams use conversation intelligence. You'll collaborate across research, design, marketing, and GTM to deliver differentiated features.

• Work with internal and external customers to unlock opportunities for Kaia experience
• Collaborate with Data Science to drive and scale Agentic AI initiatives
• Partner with research, design, and engineering to build differentiated experiences
• Leverage data to understand user needs, drive prioritization, and measure product success

📋 Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude with modern application development
• Past experience with ML/GenAI is a strong plus
• High intellectual horsepower with analytical and data-centric mindset

• Experience with conversation intelligence platforms
• Familiarity with agentic AI or assistive AI technologies
