You will lead Crooked Ideas, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, executing its content-based strategy for 2026 and beyond. You'll guide a small team, forge partnerships, and ensure strategic content goals are met while delivering value to fundraising partners.

Requirements

• Seasoned leader with experience executing content-based strategy
• Ability to lead a small, nimble team within a media ecosystem
• Experience in fundraising and budget oversight
• Strong partnership development skills
• Los Angeles-based or willing to relocate within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversee development and growth of Crooked Ideas
• Guide high-level strategic planning and develop priorities aligned with funding
• Establish and develop partnerships and projects for strategic alignment
• Lead fundraising efforts to achieve budget and targets, cultivate donor relationships
• Ensure organizational health, legal compliance, and strong governance practices
