You'll lead enterprise-level compliance initiatives that strengthen supply chain operations in a defense environment. You'll architect scalable solutions from problem definition through full implementation, driving audit readiness across Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering. This role offers significant autonomy to solve complex compliance challenges with cross-functional impact.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and drive end-to-end compliance programs across supply chain operations.
  • Identify systemic compliance risks and design scalable solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Legal, and Finance.
  • Establish program structure, milestones, and operating rhythms.
  • Lead audit preparation for customer reviews and government assessments.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years experience in supply chain, operations, program management, or compliance in a regulated industry.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to export control access.

  • Experience in aerospace and defense.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, CPSR, DCMA expectations.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain data architecture.
