You'll lead the operational backbone of a rapidly growing recruiting organization, owning tech stack strategy, headcount governance, and interview operations. You'll build scalable systems that drive hiring excellence and directly shape how billions in company spend are managed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of four Talent Operations professionals
• Own the full recruiting tech stack and drive system optimization
• Oversee headcount planning and governance with finance
• Build scalable interview operations and scheduling infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years managing high-performing teams
• Experience supporting a 30+ recruiter organization
• Deep expertise in recruiting systems and tech stack ownership

✨ Nice to Have

• Preference for Ashby experience
• Experience with global hiring and multi-jurisdiction compliance
