You will resolve routine and complex client service issues related to trading platforms, account administration, and financial instruments. You'll coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution and suggest technology-based improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Advanced Degree
Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
In-depth understanding of stocks, options, futures, forex, and fixed income
Working knowledge of exchange operations, product specs, and margin methodologies

Responsibilities

Resolve client service issues thoroughly and expeditiously
Handle inquiries about trading platforms, cash deposits, position transfers, and account admin
Provide support on product availability, exchange functions, order types, and margin calculations
Coordinate with local and international Client Service divisions and other departments
Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
