💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team to provide maintenance and repair for customer and company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts. You'll work on the newest fleet in the industry and use technology to diagnose issues faster. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to travel across Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts.
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred.
