💼 About This Role
You'll lead IP development and marketing strategies for TGC games in the Chinese market. Your work directly drives brand awareness and user acquisition through community building and cross-team collaboration. This role offers the chance to shape the local presence of award-winning titles like Sky.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and formulate IP marketing strategies for game launches and long-tail periods.
- Build a player-oriented community strategy across Chinese social media platforms.
- Collaborate with headquarters, NetEase, and other teams to integrate resources.
- Manage China marketing budget and P&L to optimize resource use.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of marketing and publishing experience at a R&D-focused publisher.
- Experience working across multiple publishing functions in matrixed teams.
- Deep understanding of Chinese social media platform rules (Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Weibo).
- Proven ability to manage teams through ambiguous, high-stakes moments.
✨ Nice to Have
- Brand and publishing experience for Steam and PC platforms.
- Fluency in English preferred.
